  Very bad customer service from a lady at the post office. She gave false information about the service,being rude and disrespectful. I have been here before and never had this kind of problem. Very disappointing experience.

  I believe this unreasonable female staff member should be dismissed due to her poor attitude and unprofessional behaviour.

  Really disappointed with my experience at the Swinton Post Office. I accidentally brought the wrong card with me to deposit my rent money. When I explained this, the staff member sighed and then threw my cash across the counter. As I was picking up the money she had scattered, she told me to hurry up because she had other customers and said I should count it elsewhere. I explained I wasn’t counting it, just picking it up, and I told her I felt as though she was being rude. At that point, she started shouting at me in both English and her own language. I said I would come back with the correct card. When I got back, I calmly explained again and mentioned that throwing money at a customer is not appropriate and could have been handled much more professionally. She then asked me, as calmly as I had been speaking to her, if I thought she was being rude. Thinking we might be able to resolve things amicably, I said yes. She then responded by saying she would not serve me. I understand mistakes happen, but the way this was handled was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. Definitely not the level of service you’d expect.

  Only post office that can't put gas onto your card on a Sunday. Used to 'try' now they say it's unavailable. So if you work and only have Sundays off in Swinton you're out of luck.
